If you order 10 or more kegs, or 20 or more cases (including gift packs), we will automatically apply a 3% discount to your total order. The discounted price will be itemised on your final invoice, however, a full discount percentage will apply to your cart when ordering above these amounts. These can be a mixture of all available products. individual Large format bottles are not counted as cases for aquiring the discount but are eligable for a reduced price if conditions are met.  

Please note - this pre-order is a stock request. Stock is always very limited and we will place orders based on your requests. Hence we are sending it out with plenty of time. After you fill out this order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Please be aware we may not be able to fulfil your full order.

The beer will arrive in early to mid-August and you'll be notified by email about the delivery status. We will contact you via email to arrange a date for delivery in July and ask you about any event you are planning, please reply to this to ensure you receive the stock when you need it!

We will have stock available to order until the end of September, mainly of Paulaner Oktoberfest after that, we cannot guarantee to have the beer - so pre-order now and keep your mind at ease.

We have a set POS kit available to grab when you order 6+ kegs or 10+ cases of Paulaner Products - while stocks last. However, if you are looking to host something bigger we are here to help support you. We are looking for venues to be official Paulaner Oktoberfests, if this is something you think you'd be interested in let your sales manager know! please contact your Account Manager and we can arrange further availability.

We will send 1 Keg badge per keg product per order. If you are missing any, or need extra for a multi-font venue, please contact your Account Manager and we can arrange further availability.

Yes, you can. But do this after you have placed your order and closer to the time of delivery. Our standard minimum order value still stands, so if you haven't quite hit the minimum we will also ask you to top up your baskets to complete your order before delivery.

If this is the case, we have a full range of beers available in our German Import Portfolio. When it comes to lager, nobody does it quite like the Germans. With clean, soft water running down from the Austrian Alps and the perfect climate for growing their signature Hallertauer hops, they have become masters in creating the world’s most popular beer style. Tradition is at the heart of their brewing culture, so much so they even passed a law so stop people trying to change their beloved beer: Reinheitsgebot (The German Purity Law.)

As long as you order more than 6+ kegs or 10+ cases then you will receive the discounted price on all oktoberfest beers on checkout.

The invoice you receive on delivery will have line itemised discounts but the checkout on the website will total your discounts into 1 value

Some of our German beer imports come in returnable plastic crates and implement a deposit system for which the breweries use to encourage recycling of their bottles as we send them back to be cleaned and reused.

We apply the same fixed rate of £4 per crate (£2.50 crate & £1.50 bottles) and uou will be able to see on the product as you click into it whether it carries a case deposit. It will also show in the checkout.

If you are unable to return the bottles then please factor the £1.50 into your selling price and just return the plastic crates for a part return on your deposit. However, if you are returning, this will be marked down by our drivers when they are returned as full or empty crates and you will receive a credit for them on their return.

For your celebrataion you can rent one-litre steins from us. Each crate rental costs £80 and contains 15 Steins - While stocks last. To order, add the amount needed into your cart in quantities of 15 and you will be charged a deposit of £80 per 15 steins. This deposit will be returned to you when sending back to Cave Direct, less any breakages. Your driver will make a note of any returns for crediting by the office.

The deposit will be added to your order at the checkout and consists of:

£4 per Stein

£20 for the Plastic Case it is delivered in.

Closing Date: 22nd October. Any remaining products with go on general sale: 6th November. The two week period between these dates gives our teams the time to process the orders placed from this pre-order and get the remaining stock uploaded to the website for general sale.

We highly recommend pre-ordering where possible as many of our Christmas products will sell out before we close the pre-order, meaning they will not go on general sale.

We expect most products to arrive at the beginning of November, but some items may be delayed.

We will deliver as many items as possible to you over two set weeks.

Weeks commencing 6th November & 20th November.

Any stock that has arrived by w/c 6th Nov will be shipped out to you that week. Any remaining stock will be shipped from w/c 20th Nov. We will contact you regarding any outstanding stock after these dates. If you would like delivery at a different time than outlined above please contact our office to let them know so they can make a note on your order

For customers receiving orders by courier we will aim to hold your order until all items have received to cut down or avoid delivery charges, if all items have not come in by w/c 20th November our office will contact you to confirm how you would like your order to be handled.

Please take note of the size and quantities underneath the product name and style. These are sometimes singular products, others are multiples and some are multiples of multiples eg. 1x1.5L or 6 x (4x33cl) gift packs. We try to make this as clear as possible but if you are unsure on any product please speak to our team to confirm prior to ordering.

We will have stock available throughout the Christmas period but we cannot guarantee to have all products as many will sell out during the pre-order period so we highly recommend that you do pre-order.

Any remaining Christmas stocks will be available for purchase from 6th November onwards through the online ordering portal until they sell out.

Large Formats do not count towards the bulk total but are included in the discount so treat yourself to a Delirium Big One once you've selected all the stock you need!

Don’t worry we haven’t forgotten one of your favourites! Stille Nacht is available from De Dolle at a later date so keep your eyes peeled for updates on this product. Unless this is the only product you are looking for we highly recommend placing the rest of your order and adding Stille Nacht when it is available.

If you have a Direct Debit set up with us you can select that option as usual at checkout.

Otherwise you can pay for your order now or defer payment till nearer delivery.If you choose not to pay for your order in advance, our office will contact you the week before your delivery via email with a proforma invoice and a payment link.

The week before your delivery our office will email you a payment link. Please ensure you complete that payment as soon as you are able and let our office team know to ensure you are not at risk of having your delivery delayed as we are unable to ship out orders that have not been paid for.

It’s possible that once you have paid, your whole order may not arrive on your next delivery if we are still waiting on some items to arrive, but the balance of any stock will still be allocated to your account and we will get it out to you as soon as we are able. If you are unsure where a product is you can contact the office for an update, we will always let you know as soon as we can if a product you have pre-ordered is not available, and will refund any payment for these items if needed

Yes you can, You can place multiple pre-orders and we will send them together where possible, so if you realised you missed something just complete another order on this page and we will do the rest.
